  celebrated 1, 2 and 3, then 37, 38 and 39. workmates got a cake, made a stink.

  my husband got me a cake, cards, flowers, dinner.

  the hell with that.

  my husband came to my store today telling me that we are so close to the end now, he can tell by all the changes in meetings.

  I believe that the application of scripture about the behavior of people before 'the end' applies to JWs-- "having no natural affection".

  I'm new...and heartbroken

  i'm still up early hours in the morning, because i'.

  so upset with what my mum said to me on the phone today.

  she told me she got the sack a week ago because her boss didn't agree with my mum being a jehovah's witness and that she lets 'children die' because of the no blood rules.

  Glad you have seen the light about JWs. Be patient as you can with your mom, remember you will continue to go your own way in life, but you can still love each other - different and all!

  after reading some of todays posts, incuding the one started by reneeisorym( http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/144783/1.ashx), i can't help but fee so sad for all of you who have been hurt by the wts and their stupid policies.

  for the life of me, i can't understand how any parent can do this to their child, no matter how old the child is.

  as far as i'm concerned, it's child abandonment and child abuse.
